Atelier Muji: The power of kids

Recently I found this wonderful project through a Japanese blog I follow: Spoon & Tamago.

It's a project by Atelier Muji, working with kids in Ishinomaki city (that's here, by the way), one of the places that was struck hard by the earthquake and tsunami last year.
Here the children worked with the tsunami-debris to make these wonderful happy creatures:

The exhibition is on show in Atelier Muji in Tokyo until July 26th.
If you happen to pop over this coming month, bring your kids, Atelier Muji organizes three free workshops (registration required) in the month of July.
