Sla means 'Salad' in Dutch, and this healthy food bar has quickly grown to a chain of 5 locations in Amsterdam.
These photographs are from their location at Ceintuurbaan 149, in bustling neighbourhood 'de Pijp'. The greenhouse-inspired design is by Studio Nicemakers, and is implemented in all locations.
